Look not at the past remorsefully with anger and regret. See the past as a teacher for your present and future. Embrace change, and do not cling to the past. Every moment is a new creation from the divine, and the God or Goddess you are. Transformation means going beyond the physical. By focusing on the present with pessimism, fears and bitterness, you only perpetuate its very existence. By seeking inward, your mind is no longer focused on the trouble or pain, and all its worldly attachments. When you seek your soul, you focus on possibilities and faith.
