Thought for Today

Self-awareness is being conscientious about our thoughts, words and reworking those thoughts, words into positive statements and affirmations. Staying stuck in the past is replaying old scenarios over and over again. By changing our inner dialogue, we speak about our new beliefs, expectations and we act on it. The more emotions we give our new thoughts, the more inspired and motivated we are to take action. By thinking in a new light, we open our minds to other likeminded people with similar thoughts and beliefs. As before, we were too close minded, but now we’re more receptive to the new and willing to let go of the old. Danny G.
