Your limiting beliefs are often based on past conditioning. They’re often at the subconscious level. You don’t realize them until they turn into action and behavior. We all have trigger points and some have unresolved trauma. We bury those triggers and trauma into our subconscious mind, and often it causes us to react rather than respond. Reacting is often acting on impulse, but responding is seeking inward before taking action. It’s seeking to uncover what’s in the subconscious mind. It’s seeking our inner guidance and wisdom. The more we seek inward, the more we uncover the patterns of thoughts and behavior that no longer serve us. We then act on compassion rather than anger. We forgive rather than hold resentment, and we tap into the wisdom from our higher conscious and inner being. Danny G.

If you want permanent change and to stop reliving those negative cycles, you must get to the root cause. Find out what beliefs and expectations are not serving you and change your self talk. Change your self talk to believing and expecting a little more. Find out what’s stopping you. Changing little by little every day has the tendency to create great manifestations. Often, you don’t need huge leaps of faith. You just need to be your best where you are with what you have and take that next baby step. Danny G.

The accumulation and negative chatter can wreak havoc on our mind and body. The more we let go, we heal over time. The more we refocus our thoughts on faith, optimism and compassion, we’re healing our inner child little by little. Danny G.

At times we bury our subconscious mind. Often when we need an escape, we tend to look at everything but within ourselves. True healing is looking at our wounds, letting go little by little and embracing our freedom. Our freedom is releasing the burden. It’s releasing the shackles beneath our feet. When we do this, we become aware that everything is able to heal with time. Danny G.

Self-awareness is being conscientious about our thoughts, words and reworking those thoughts, words into positive statements and affirmations. Staying stuck in the past is replaying old scenarios over and over again. By changing our inner dialogue, we speak about our new beliefs, expectations and we act on it. The more emotions we give our new thoughts, the more inspired and motivated we are to take action. By thinking in a new light, we open our minds to other likeminded people with similar thoughts and beliefs. As before, we were too close minded, but now we’re more receptive to the new and willing to let go of the old. Danny G.

Awareness has many layers. You never stop learning, therefore, you are always growing in greater self awareness. The key is to allow your subconscious mind to become your conscious mind. That is the art of deliberate creation. Danny G.
