Thought for Today

Freedom is what we are. Free will is our inherent right, and it’s our right to be us. When others add too many restrictions in our lives, it’s normal to react with frustration and anger. We’re not meant to live somebody else’s life; we’re meant to be authentic and pursue the mission we are called forth to be. Whatever stunts our evolution stunts everyone else’s evolution, because we’re all one in many different forms. We’re all interconnected and meant for co-creation.

Thought for Today

Everyone is made up of God’s energy. Despite the anger or hatred you feel toward someone, they are created by Source energy. Instead of sending hateful energy, accept but don’t condone. Embrace the fact that some people are not as evolved as you. Accept that some people are lost and confused. Accept that some people don’t know the path, considering their modalities. Therefore, be grateful for your journey, and don’t waste your energy on others’ misconceptions or lies. You are needed in the world, and the best way to be of service is to guard your heart and soul. Danny G.

Thought for Today

Instead of asking in anger and frustration why this is happening to you, seek inner peace first. Seek stillness and clarity. Then ask yourself with compassion in your heart, and compassion in a loving universe always ready to intervene for your highest good. Danny G.

Thought for Today

For everyone that hurt you, there are a multitude more willing to help you. Instead of sending anger, focus on your come back. Focus on rising above the challenge. For persistent anger has a way to hurt your body, mind and soul. Do yourself a favor, send out compassion towards yourself, and not revenge. Danny G.

Thought for Today

Persistent anger can cause chaos in your life. If not dealt with, anger is projected against others in your world. You can begin to prejudge everyone and everything over one person or event. Acceptance, forgiveness and compassion is key. By carrying that bitterness, you’re only causing a greater burden for you. That burden can become a burden for your loved ones too. It’s a disservice to yourself when you carry that grudge with you wherever you go. So, do yourself a favor, forgive, accept and let go. Danny G.

Thought for Today

Sometimes the ones who hurt you, betray you or cause anger within you are your greatest teachers. For out of the pain, you become stronger and wiser. Out of the betrayals, you seek honesty and integrity. Out of the anger, you gain patience, understanding and acceptance. All this creates healing within you. With this healing, you become a light to others. Danny G.

Thought for Today

Accept each season with loving arms. Know that yesterday’s choices were ideal at that time. The only time you need to revisit your decisions is for personal and spiritual growth. If you’re revisiting your past out of anger, resentment or guilt, you’re only staying stuck in the past and you stunt growth. Once you learn the lesson, move on, be the best you and know that your choices today may be different than yesterday. That’s ok, because life is always changing and evolving and so are you. Danny G.

Don’t Condone but Reflect

Instead of talking to yourself in anger, talk to yourself as your own best friend. Persistent anger will wear your body out. It will cause a burden on your relationships. What compassion would you give your best friend? Don’t condone, but reflect. Everyone has a reason for being and everyone starts on different journeys. You are worthy and you deserve the very best. Danny G.

Greatest Cause

The universe supports you in everything you do, from the greatest endeavors to the act of simple joy. Never curse the universe in anger or confusion. See it as your greatest cause to succeed and thrive. Danny G.

From the Inside Out

Release the anger and frustration for your current situation. Anger and frustration will only perpetuate it and aggravate it. See what the situation is telling you. Quiet your mind, and ask what do I need to learn from these current events and circumstances? How can I grow and not remain stagnant and complacent? That is the start of a success story from the inside out. Danny G.Â
