Being Conscious and Self Aware

Over time your subconscious mind becomes programmed over the external environment. Your subconscious is a set of perpetual habits, beliefs and expectations that are continually being played out in the background. You must learn to train your subconscious mind to be conscious and self aware. You train your subconscious by listening to your inner dialogue, and changing your focus. You change your focus by declaring it into being. Over time, with persistence and faith, you will retrain your subconscious mind into one of wisdom, enlightenment and inspiration. Creating Your Beliefs and Expectations

Release limitations and embrace the new. Create your own expectations and beliefs. Listen within to your inner guidance that never fails to guide you to your ultimate best. This guidance and wisdom will open doors for you that you thought never existed, and cause you to triumph. Danny G.

You can have fear of failure or you can have faith in success and prosperity. Whatever you focus on becomes your beliefs and expectations. Let go of fears and limitations and replace them with faith in your inevitable success and triumph. Danny G. 

Alignment With the Divinity You Are

Place your beliefs, expectations and truths before you. See if they align with the God or Goddess you are. If they do, pursue them wholeheartedly. If they don’t, understand their origin, underlying cause and effect, and continually work to improve them. In time you’ll become the essence of your thoughts and feelings, and in alignment with the divinity you are. Danny G. 

Contemplating the Truth

There will always be questions we choose to ignore, and sometimes it’s a good thing, and other times it’s not. It’s all about balance, living in the present while not forgetting there’s a future ahead. 

There are those who live in fear never wanting to embark on unknown territory, and there are those who are always taking risks without any contemplation. Living in the present should not ignore future choices and obligations.

So many people act on impulse and forget about the consequences to their actions. They choose what feels good in the moment without giving it much attention. This results in poor choices and negative events and circumstances. 

Seeking inward and wisdom should be contemplating those questions that will be beneficial for our future. Contemplating self care through spiritual rituals, diet, exercise, and sleep are examples of what you can do that will be beneficial for your mind, body and spirit. 

Research has shown that meditation lowers blood pressure, lowers your pulse, and helps you have clarity of thought. Research on meditation also indicate that it lengthens telomeres, which reverses your biological age. Lengthening telomeres also indicates longer life spans. 

And we all know stress has an effect on our mind and body. The opposite of stress is gratitude, appreciation, compassion, optimism and faith. Therefore, we can conclude that the more we focus on these positive emotions, the less stressed we feel. 

Everything is an affirmation whether it’s negative or positive, and an excuse for negativity is also an affirmation. Ongoing stress can cause pessimism or negative thinking of every type. Every negative thought is a form of stress, and we all know that prolonged and ongoing stress affects the body and mind. 

Investing time to remain in a grateful, optimistic and faithful mindset reduces or eliminates stress. It also has creative power for we all know inspiration and great ideas comes from being productive with our thoughts, and focusing on our desired outcome.  

CAN DO SPIRIT

Don’t focus on others beliefs and expectations, for they’re operating under the law of their conscience, thereby creating from negative beliefs. Focus on your intuition, wisdom and your CAN DO spirit. When you act on these beliefs aligned with the divine, miracles happen and unleash for your greatest good and calling. Danny G.

The only control others have over you is their power to convince you of their truth. If you allow them to change your beliefs and expectations negatively, you give them your power. Create your own beliefs and expectations, and allow your inner truths to permeate your soul. Danny G. 

Aligned With the Divine

You create all sorts of arbitrary assumptions about God and the world. Your assumptions become your beliefs, expectations and experiences. Don’t allow these assumptions to rule your mind and soul. Only when you accept them as truth, they become your experience and life. Create your own assumptions, and ensure they are aligned with the divine, and then watch it play back as the new reality you created in your mind. Danny G. 

Shifting Your Beliefs and Expectations

Don’t focus merely on others’ beliefs and expectations, for they have their own agenda, and often it has nothing to do with you. Focus on shifting your beliefs and expectations for your desires and God’s will for your life. Your only control and power remains in I AM, not in others’ misconceptions of who they think you are.
