Looks fade as we get older, our figure changes, we gain weight, and we’re not as agile and strong as our younger years. Jobs come and go. Sometimes our finances fluctuates back and forth, feeling like it never settles. Things that we see with our physical senses come and go. The one thing we can always depend on is our soul. The soul never leaves and it always reveals a person’s true identity. Everything else is subject to change and it’s irrelevant to who we are. The soul always seeks the everlasting self, which withstands all time. The soul seeks divinity in ourselves, and the world, and it doesn’t care about matters that are irrelevant to who we are. Stepping Back From the Chaos (Poem)
In the quiet of the night,Â
Where everything is still,Â
And darkÂ
Behind the misty sky,
The world shuts down,Â
Stops,Â
And dreams,Â
Looks so realÂ
As we ponderÂ
The night-time visions
Of above,Â
Giving us glimpsesÂ
Of our daily thoughts
As we contemplate,Â
Breathe,
And Rejuvenate.
When we get up,Â
Like the quiet of the night,Â
This place of stillness,
Away from the chaosÂ
Of today,
No distractions,Â
Just being,Â
Without contradictions,Â
Steering us away,
From our divine purposeÂ
And unanswered prayers.Â
We find a place within,
Where all answers are within,Â
What was once hidden,
Is now within our reach,
As we contemplate, correlate,
And find our place,
In the chaotic world of today.
From this space of stillness,
What was once an annoyanceÂ
And disturbance,
Is now a figment,Â
Of our imagination,
Always was,Â
We just didn’t accept it
Until we stepped back,Â
And looked within,Â
The essential calling,Â
Of our soul.

Harmoniously With the Divine (Poem)
The more I separated from the divine,
I was clouded by the misty wall.
The misty wall was all I could see,
Without your lenses through the deep.
The more I pursue despite the lies,
I can see you and me harmoniously.Â
As long as you’re here with me,
There’s nothing and nowhere I cannot be.
And as long as you’re here with me,
I can just be,
Conquer mountains
In front of me.
