Being Conscientious

Suffering and distress is the accumulation of thoughts contrary to wellness. We live our lives subconsciously, not paying any attention to our thoughts and actions. Then one day an awakening presents itself bringing us back to reality. The reality presents itself with aches and pain, or emotional pain, so subtle we don’t recognize it at first. If we can be conscientious from the start, we would avoid trouble and distress down the trail. Being conscientious starts with an awareness we create life or death, failure or success. Therefore, contemplate health and wealth, to bring about its very essence. Danny G.

All Answers Within

Everyone starts on a different path, so don’t beat yourself up for where you are today. Comparison is a lie because it convinces us we’re not enough, and we’ve failed. You are unique, and there’s no one exactly like you. Remember this when you tread the path to your happiness and mission. Just know there’s no one exactly like you, and know you have all the answers within, for a brighter tomorrow.

Contrast and Opposites (Poem)

For without darkness,

There cannot be light.

Without failure,

There cannot be success.

Without trials,

There cannot be patience.

Without contrast,

There cannot be a humanity.

Without challenges,

There cannot be triumph.

For the world exists

Where opposites work together.

To create a world

Of correlation

An extension of each other.

To create change,

And a peaceful nation.

Where we all strive for greatness.

All Power is From Within

Every disease is caused by one of these three things-thoughts, words or actions. Every failure is derived from either thoughts, words or actions. Every success is derived from thoughts, words or actions.

Saying disease, failure or success comes from another source other than our thoughts, words and actions is to deny our own power and control over the situation. Denying our power over the situation is saying all outcome comes from an outside force, in which we have no control.

Whenever you say an outcome is from an outside force, you lose all control, since you have no control over anything that is outside of you. The only control you have is through your thoughts, words and actions.

Other people’s behavior and the world at large is out of your control. The only power you have over others and the world is through your power of influence. You cannot choose for them. The only control you have over events and circumstances, is your reaction, which has the power to change the situation positively or negatively.

All action stems from thoughts and words. All words stem from thoughts. First you have the thought, then you speak about it, then you act on it. Think about something long enough you speak about it, and then you speak about it long enough, you act on it.

There can’t be a universe without thoughts nor can there be a disease without thoughts that created it. Nor can there be failures or success without thoughts that created it. It’s our thoughts, words and actions which writes the story of our lives and the universe.

Lifestyle choices, stress, worrying, pessimism, despair, fear, and feelings of vulnerability all create our lives including disease, or any type of failure. The only reason we don’t know thoughts are the primary cause for these negative creations is because we’ve been thinking about it for so long that we accepted it as our reality. We’ve accepted this reality as our truth and beliefs. We bury these thoughts for so long and we do nothing to confront them, and then the thoughts become our everyday conversation and experience.

The answer to change this current reality is to write another story and to continue speaking about it even if your current reality contradicts your new and improved story. You need to continue to declare it until this new story becomes your beliefs and expectations and inevitably your new life story.

A Simple Life Process (Poem)

Though we reunite on special days and occasions.

Laughing and catching up on old days.

Some born, some pass away,

To another world watching over us, every day.

Though we cannot fathom the very day,

Where one will part away,

To another world,

And leave our place.

It is this day and age,

We must accept,

The rules that were set,

When we entered this world.

Body dies but the soul remains.

And what remains is memories,

That we hold so deep,

Deep in our heart,

Deep in our soul,

As we rock our child,

And reminisce the joys,

A new treasure,

And the old one dies.

A simple life process of life and death,

Choices and love,

Intuition and failure,

They all lead back to the way,

The destiny and the journey,

Above all.

Though the process may seem difficult,

And hard to bear.

And in our mind we cannot find,

The logic, of loss and grief.

We’re all on a journey,

Of undiscovered potential.

Some simply forget,

Then leave this planet before.

Wasted energy,

As we fret the why’s.

And the so called memories,

That make us cry.

We don’t understand death,

We all return home,

On another journey,

In another world.

A part of us remains,

In this world with our loves.

And another in a dimension,

That never ends.

We’re all misfits in another sense,

Trying to make sense of this world,

Without end.

But as we are on the front lines,

Living our life,

Making the best,

Of the treachery and zeal.

Lessons are learned, and remembered,

In this chaotic world,

Of dread or fulfillment.

Perception is grappling, for our attention,

To win its previous,

Lying scheme.

But doesn’t win,

As we lay the grounds,

And choose the latter,

And not the dread.

The pen is in our hand,

In this undiscovered land,

Of hope, faith and love.

Of undiscovered potential we have,

A world of greed,

A world of generosity and deeds.

Though the choice is ours,

When we remain stagnant,

We wake up asleep, and forget the dream.

Though the choice is ours,

To our awakening,

Let’s choose life,

And wake up at eighty,

With dreams never shattered,

And lives never wasted.

Only fulfillment,

And love that stays.

Let’s not forget,

The reason for our arrival,

And the reason for our departure,

When we’re old and wrinkly,

And we shall say,

Let’s die in peace,

Our mission is fulfilled.
