Transformation is constantly happening. It’s a constant ongoing process on an evolution to personal growth. Don’t deny it, and keep renewing yourself into the greatest version of you. Keep a relationship with your higher self, and you’ll never fall astray. Inevitably, you’ll always find your way back home. Danny G.
It’s Already Yours
There’s two ways of pursuing your desires. You can focus on lack and declare lack. You can declare that you need this thing to feel happy and worthy. Or you can be happy, fulfilled and at peace regardless of its current lack, and still focus and act on your dreams. Which journey feels better?
You’re always going to seek to achieve a new desire. Once a desire is fulfilled, then another one is conceived, and you’ll be working to achieve a new dream. Focusing on lack creates stress and bitterness. You can focus on scarcity or you can focus on faith. The choice is up to you.
Needing something outside yourself to feel fulfilled doesn’t feel joyous. It’s because you’re depending on something outside yourself to be happy. Therefore, you feel disempowered and not in control of the situation.
When you feel fulfilled regardless of the situation and you trust the universe will deliver your desires, you don’t need anything to be happy. You know happiness comes from within, and you know when you’re in alignment, the manifestation is inevitable. You feel in control of the only thing you are in control of, your inner world, which has the power to create your outer world and attract what you want in life.
With this self control and empowerment, you know you can attract anything you desire. The best way to have more in life is to make peace with your present circumstances, feel gratitude, and appreciation.
What happens when you are happy, grateful and at peace despite lack or scarcity in the physical world? You are stable, balanced and in alignment with the divine. What happens when you are happy and steadfast despite the chaos of the world? You are stable, balanced and in alignment with the divine.
Stability and alignment with source means you’re ready for your manifestations. When you feel unfulfilled, unhappy and uneasy because your dreams haven’t manifested, you’re trading your mental health for lack or scarcity.
If you want to create a new life story, don’t focus on lack. Stop fighting against lack. Feel appreciation, joy and peace. You’ll discover this is the best path to greater joy and your manifestations.
You become what you think about. Be your own source of inspiration and motivation. Don’t fall victim to disempowerment and the outside world. You control your inner world, and that’s enough to change your outer world.
Mapping A New Life
In order to map a new life and future, you must let go of the old. Let go of misconceptions, mistranslations, and lies you acquired over time. Over time, you began listening to others, neglecting your inner guidance. You began listening to world views which you thought had greater truth than your wisdom. You began constructing your life based on others perceptions, the leaders and experts of our planet.
Advice is good, however, every person is unique and authentic and we all have a different journey. People feel they need a rule book to live their lives. I’m not saying rules are not conducive to a greater society, however, every situation is different, and life is always changing and evolving.
Ruling our lives based on yesterday perpetuates yesterdays. What if we continued to neglect women’s rights? Would we see change in equality and production with women? What improved women’s rights were people who stood up for a new resolution, a greater life and equal rights.
How are gay people viewed today as opposed to the early 20th century? We live in a world with greater acceptance. As before, gay people would hide, now much more are expressing themselves in ways that society would previously abolish.
In the 19th and 20th century, life seemed mapped out for us from the time we were children. We had teachers and leaders who would tell us what we can or cannot do based on their observations. How many of those people who were belittled or misjudged turned out to be a success story? What if they listened to the misconceptions and continued to create the same reality? Would they see change?
Humanity needs people who take the initiative to create positive change and break the boundaries. Breaking the boundaries means not listening to the misconceptions of yesterday or people who believe you can’t do it. It’s accepting contrast, accepting everyone’s journey and beliefs. It’s standing up for your rights and knowing what others say doesn’t create your life story.
You create your life story through the authentic and unique being you are. Listen to your inner guidance, wisdom and intuition, and you’ll discover the leader and expert within you.
The Right Motivation
Are you motivated by fear or faith? Fear perceives the worst case scenario, and all the ugliness in the world. Faith lets peace be the empire while trusting source, the ultimate provider. With faith, all things are possible, and everything is within our reach. Danny G.
The Right Mindset
Most healing is not an intellectual journey. It’s a journey of seeking inward, self love and wisdom. It’s seeking wisdom before the intellect, and choosing faith over fear. It’s knowing our journey has many seasons, and seasons change with the right mindset. Danny G.
The Powerful Warrior
You have a powerful warrior inside your body which is your mind and soul. Learn how to utilize it for your benefit and others. You can be, do and have anything you want with persistence and faith. Just ensure your desires are aligned with God’s will, and then allow it to flourish. Danny G.
Keep Pushing Through
You may feel exhausted at times as though your challenges are wearing you down. You may feel overwhelmed beyond reason and doubt. You may feel confused in the mist and fog. Keep pushing forward, the fog will dissipate as the sun shines above the misty sky, in the broad daylight. You can always find light as you persist with faith and love in your heart. With perseverance and strength, triumph is inevitable, if you keep pushing through. Danny G.
The Power Lies in Your Hands
Happiness is within your reach when you seek inward and change your perspective. Not holding yourself accountable for your own happiness is not accepting your responsibility. The power lies in your hands to see change come to pass. Accept your strength, your faith and resilience to come back home. Danny G.
Intervention
Asking who you truly are, and what you’re meant to do, begins the unfolding of your life and future. Fill in the blanks with can dos, experience and knowledge. Experiment knowing the divine is for you, not against you. Know that when you unite your plans and will with God, he will intervene for your greatest good. Danny G.
Managing Your Mental Health
What are mental health challenges? We’re all emotional beings who have feelings. Mental illness is not managing your emotions or never confronting them until they spiral out of control. Somebody once told me that mental illness is caused merely by conditions, environment and circumstances. I’m not going to argue with that statement by saying it has no impact on our health. However, saying our condition is merely a chemical imbalance or a poor upbringing is saying the illness and environment is controlling us. With this mindset we are powerless and weak. Do you want to be tossed and turned by the conditions in your life, or do you want to say I’m in control, I define myself and I determine my life and future?
When we don’t manage our finances, we become broke and in debt. Same applies when we leave our troublesome thoughts on the back burner until disaster hits. Eventually one of the links break.
Managing your mental health means practicing self care. Practicing self care means quieting your mind, changing your inner dialogue and finding purpose in your life. Quieting the mind can be done through meditation, a walk in nature or yoga.
Changing your inner dialogue is listening to your thoughts, understanding their depth and reason for being. It’s easier to change your thoughts when you can identify them. It’s refocusing your thoughts into what you wish to create. It’s focusing on productivity and optimism rather than the negative dialogue.
Finding purpose in your life is following your passion, your zest for life and gifting. It’s following your inspiration and inner guidance. When we have purpose in our life, and we’re of service to others, we feel greater satisfaction.
Greater satisfaction, finding purpose and following your intuition all contributes to your overall mental health and happiness. And happiness is key to greater health.
