Letting go is embracing mindfulness. For whenever you embrace mindfulness, you’re focused on the moment, and you’re not fixated on the past. Letting go releases negative baggage and attachments. Negative Attachments

Negative attachment is saying I need this to be happy. It’s saying I need to be somewhere else to be happy. With this mindset, you lose the battle. Your power remains in the moment and by seeking inward. Letting go of attachments is saying I’m in control of my happiness and freedom, and I claim it now. Danny G.

We keep on repeating our past by not letting go. We repeat it by saying we’re not worthy. We repeat it by focusing on our failures and flaws. Being honest with yourself doesn’t mean to punish yourself. It’s accepting where you’ve been and where you are.
