You can identify what’s blocking you, and you can choose where you put your energy. Identifying what’s wrong helps you understand yourself, your limitations, and your barriers. Just don’t remain in that stage for a lifetime. Once you find your limitations and barriers, look for the truth within you. Choose to conquer and overcome them. Refocus your energy in a positive direction and take inspired action. That is the process of changing your limiting thoughts and creating a breakthrough.

Often, we create our own limitations and fear in an attempt to avoid the unknown. It can be fear of being heard, seen, or praised, because we don’t feel worthy or because we’re afraid of what lies on the other side. So we make ourselves smaller because of others. God is saying, don’t deny yourself because of others’ misconceptions or your own misconceptions. You have the right to be you. There is only one like you. Be the best you where you are, with what you have, and know that with God, that is always enough.

You reflect in the external world what you are. You are not merely a personality with weaknesses and strengths. You are emanating your authentic energy wherever you go. People pick up on your vibes, whether they know it subconsciously or not. If you reflect limitations, that is what you are portraying in the external world. If you reflect your infirmities, people will only reinforce this statement. Emanate positive energy, and people will see you for what you are, because positive energy is your origin and destination.

If you focus merely on your limitations and infirmities, you cannot see what’s hidden on the inside. You bury your gifts with pessimism and fear. Inside you is infinite intelligence and limitless wisdom, but by focusing solely on lack, you negate all the talents within you.

You ask why you’re in this negative environment or why you have harsh conditions. God is asking you, what is your response in this environment or with this condition? Because by your response, you change a negative environment into a positive one and a harsh condition into a blessing. This has ripple effects for generations to come.

Your limiting beliefs are often based on past conditioning. They’re often at the subconscious level. You don’t realize them until they turn into action and behavior. We all have trigger points and some have unresolved trauma. We bury those triggers and trauma into our subconscious mind, and often it causes us to react rather than respond. Reacting is often acting on impulse, but responding is seeking inward before taking action. It’s seeking to uncover what’s in the subconscious mind. It’s seeking our inner guidance and wisdom. The more we seek inward, the more we uncover the patterns of thoughts and behavior that no longer serve us. We then act on compassion rather than anger. We forgive rather than hold resentment, and we tap into the wisdom from our higher conscious and inner being. Danny G.

From a young age we formulate negative ideas based on our environment, upbringing and misconceptions. We take these perspectives as our own, thinking they are the truth. Then we bring them into adulthood and cause limitations within us. The key is to heal your inner child. The reason these negative thoughts keep on prodding you is because you never dealt with them yet. You allowed your inner child to become your reality. Revisit your inner child, and understand where those thoughts come from. Instead of causing a greater burden, accept, send compassion to yourself and let go. Danny G.Â
