Art Of Thinking

Just as negative thinking can latch and have a hold on you, so can positive thinking latch on your side. Master the art of optimism and faith, and you’ll master life. For every thought is either of pessimism or optimism, and lack or faith. Practice the art of thinking and you’ll experience true joy and fulfillment. Danny G.

Always Within Your Reach

Always be ready for what the universe has to offer you. Positively expect happiness and greater success. You are the master of the vessel guiding your way through the jungles of time and space. Everything is always within your reach with persistence and faith. Danny G.

Being Optimistic

There’s always a bright side to the story no matter how difficult or chaotic your world may seem. You must find a way to focus on the optimistic story rather than the pessimistic story. Perception is in the eye of the beholder. Just ensure you choose a happy ending with a meaningful and purposeful journey. Danny G.

Bringing Out the Best

Compassion or acceptance is understanding someone despite their imperfections, flaws and weaknesses. It’s focusing on the soul which is essentially who we are, and it’s focusing on the potential of who we can become.

A New Perspective

Choosing Our Reality

What is facing reality? Aren’t we all facing a different reality? If we believe we’re unfortunate, and we shall face only havoc and pain in our life, then how do we attract what we want? If our thoughts create our reality and we focus merely on the pain, suffering, and unfortunate circumstances, then how can we attract anything positive? How can we empower people or help them with a message of powerlessness?

If people believe they have no control over the unfolding of their life and they believe thoughts hold no power, how vulnerable would they feel when they face their worst fear? How vulnerable would they feel when they encounter a dangerous or fearful situation and they had no logical means of escape?

Why wait until you’re in a situation such as this? Why not invest time for your own spiritual growth and faith? Perhaps you will avoid certain situations if you focus on the right things, or you’ll know how to cope, and overcome the challenge.

We’ve heard over and over again about the power of our thoughts, so why not tell ourselves, we’re in control, and we choose to speak words of faith and security for our life. By making statements that you are powerless, you just lost your control over your life and your reaction to events and circumstances.

Know you are in control, and know that you lay the course. The best way to help others is to teach them a philosophy that empowers them, leaving them hopeful or optimistic. If you consistently focus on the fear or dread in your life or others, by your attention, your beliefs and expectations inevitably creates your reality.

Reality is different for everyone and it’s only our observation and our expectation that brings about an outcome. Some children are born in harsh circumstances where the escape seems illogical or impossible or the path seems more difficult than the majority. However, denying their escape would be denying God’s power which is limitless and infinite.

Our lives are continually changing, and we’re always changing our behaviour, beliefs and expectations, which ultimately invites new things and different circumstances and events in our lives. We also conclude what’s no longer serving us as beliefs or behaviour, which attracts different events and circumstances. Life is a reflection of our own beliefs, expectations and behaviours which creates our everyday experiences, along with the challenges and happiness and breakthroughs.

So after reflecting on this perspective, what kind of reality do you want to create for yourself? Which beliefs and words are best for you and your loved ones or any other people in turmoil? Is it a reality based on fears, lack and yesterday’s false preconceptions, or is it a reality of your own choosing? Would you rather enforce a message of being powerless, of predetermined doom and gloom? Or would you rather preach to yourself and your family and friends about a universe that’s conspiring on our behalf for our own spiritual evolution and humanity?

The Pioneer

There’s a pioneer for every mission anyone has ever embarked on. Every time we embark on new territory, and it’s unfamiliar grounds in which no one travelled, we’re setting an example. By taking action and succeeding on a task or challenge that seemed impossible at first for ourselves or humanity, people start to believe it’s possible. They have validation that the task or challenge is within their control and they have the power to overcome and achieve success.

Why is that? Because they saw it or heard it or read about it, and if one person did it, they believe their goal or dream is within their reach and achievable.

Our experience or breakthrough becomes a confirmation for others that what was once impossible, is now achievable. We lead and teach through the clarity of our example and through experience.

There had to be one person or a few who first healed from cancer to break our limited thinking and believe if one man did it, then we all can. When cancer was first discovered, how many people survived compared to how many are surviving today?

Cancer was almost a death sentence a few decades ago but today there are more and more cancer survivors. Before that one breakthrough, cancer was incurable and many people believed the disease to be impossible to recover. But one person fought long and hard for something he knew he had the potential to heal despite everyone telling him it was incurable, and he healed.

What would have happened if he would have listened to everyone who told him, cancer is incurable or the prognosis is not good? Would he have planned for his healing? Would he have kept on fighting and focusing on his healing? If he believed it was impossible, would he see a point in focusing on his recovery?

There had to be one person or a few who so wanted justice for everyone on this planet and who fought long and hard to provide equality for everyone, which started a shift that is still making a difference today.

Why was slavery abolished in many parts of the world? Why have we had the integration of visible minorities in many parts of the world? How are women’s rights today compared to the 19th century when women weren’t able to vote? How was sexual harassment against women in the workplace a few decades ago when there wasn’t any law against extortion?

These individuals had the compassion to change the injustice and they fought for equality and peace on the planet, which created a change that we’re still experiencing today. There had to be one person who stood up for what he believed and never backed down despite everyone being against him, but because of his determination and persistence, he prevailed.

Looking at the statistics or listening to the experts can be helpful and can be wise, but the wiser person says, I don’t need someone else to prove to me that this is attainable. I can set my own boundaries, and be the first person to change a so called impossible to I CAN!

All of us can be pioneers because we’re unique and we have our own skills and abilities, meaning there’s no exact replica of any individual on this planet. Don’t wait for confirmation and validation from others to do something someone was never able to do, whether it’s healing from a particular health challenge, or achieving a dream.

Value everyone that freely gives you advice, and receive it if the advice agrees with you, but be the pioneer who says, I’m going to succeed and I don’t need validation to say I CAN!

Just A Matter Of Time

When you say I can’t, it’s always inferiority because in almost every challenge in life someone has surprised us and achieved the impossible, and whatever man didn’t achieve yet, it’s just a matter of time before humanity perseveres and discovers yet another breakthrough!

The Placebo Effect

We’ve heard of the placebo effect, where you take a pill you believe will be good for you, and it produces positive results. The placebo research states if we expect a pill to be effective at treating a disease, by our expectations, our symptoms will improve. Therefore, after ingesting a placebo pill, the outcome is depended predominantly on our focus and expectation.

Wouldn’t the opposite happen if we were focused on a medicine harming the body? Meaning if our thoughts were focused on the medicine causing adverse effects, would it create more harm to the body? Denying this statement would be saying that our thoughts have no power over our physiology, which completely undermine the placebo effect research. So if that’s the case, and our thoughts have power, why not focus on the medicine doing what’s it’s supposed to do, minus the adverse effects?

The placebo effect has been on tv, in books and in articles, and the research on the placebo effect discovered it’s primarily our thoughts that are creating the outcome of a medicine. If expectation brings about an outcome, and if we’re constantly worried about something we’re ingesting, what are we projecting? We expect our concerns and fears and therefore we bring about our concerns and fears.

I do agree that medication has side effects, but if our thoughts can create healing through a placebo pill, why wouldn’t it be able to do the reverse if we’re constantly worried about what we’re consuming?

If the media is always reinforcing the concept that medication is harmful to the body, and if we believe this concept, what are we projecting again? All you have to do is type in medication on YouTube or google, and you get as much negative feedback about medication as benefits.

I believe we should be informed but there’s such a thing as too much information, and our physiology as individuals don’t all work the same with treatment. Why does one person feel benefit from a medicine, yet another feels only side effects with the same medication? Body chemistry plays a role, however, considering all the research that’s been done on the placebo effect, we have to admit our beliefs and expectations are crucial in determining our physiology according to treatment.

The problem lies in people’s perception of medication, and we’re so immersed in this world of side effects and reactions that we forget about the many more benefits. From an individual perspective, there’s so many benefits and effects from what we consume, so why are we trying to figure out the one right way for everyone?

It’s quite evident that medication can have adverse effects for some people, but if someone was allergic to peanuts, would you tell everyone to not eat peanuts? Would you say there are no benefits to peanuts considering all the research that’s been done on its potential health benefits?

We need to accept everyone’s beliefs, and we shouldn’t expect everyone to follow our way and only our way. There’s nothing wrong with sharing our opinion on the matter, but there’s too much diversity in the world to think there’s only one approach to healing. We should appreciate all the resources and technology that we so take for granted.

And next time you take a pill tell yourself it’s going to do what it’s designed to do minus the adverse effects, and don’t let anyone change your mind.
