Don’t allow others to steal your happiness. You should be selfish enough to care about you, because when you do care about you, you bring light in the world. Danny G.
An Act Of Self Care
Letting go is an act of self care and love. When you let go, your mind is no longer bombarded with memories of the past. It’s easier to reflect and find that space of inner peace and clarity. Essentially, it’s saying I no longer need this suffering to weigh me down. I no longer need this suffering as a drive. I choose compassion and self care, and I allow it to lead the way. Danny G.
Letting Go and Mindfulness
Letting go is embracing mindfulness. For whenever you embrace mindfulness, you’re focused on the moment, and you’re not fixated on the past. Letting go releases negative baggage and attachments. It’s releasing a heavy burden that’s detrimental to your health. When you let go, it’s a sign of self care and compassion towards yourself and others. Danny G.
Seek Alignment and Joy
Take time for self care, for without your alignment and joy, you’re not in an ideal state to help others. Be selfish enough to care for you, so you may not lose your balance, and you’ll be able to give your friends the best version of you. Danny G.
Caring for Self
One of the biggest problems of today is not an addiction to foods or drugs, it’s a belief that says I don’t care about my body. If you cared deeply about your longevity and health, would you willfully take a substance that would disallow well-being? Start with the statement I care about my longevity and health, and keep on repeating it until you cannot take anything that would disallow well-being. Then you’ll say, I don’t care how tempting it is, I care too much about feeling good to let this addiction take control.
