We cannot perform perfectly every moment of everyday. Don’t beat yourself up for where you are today, as you are molding yourself anew every day. You are a product of your creation, the good, the bad, and the uniqueness that makes up the whole of who you are. There’s not one person on this planet that doesn’t fall. What makes us great, is we get up and create a masterpiece on a white canvas destined to rise. Danny G.
Yearning Becomes Our Reality
Progress and growth catches up to us in time when we barely notice. One day our yearning for more is so extravagant we cannot contain ourselves. Then we live our lives day by day, and day turns into night. Then night turns into day and we remember our yearning of yesterday, is now our reality today. Danny G.
Overcoming Grief
The best solution to overcoming grief is remembering although our time on this physical plane is limited, we all reunite in another dimension, indefinitely. Remember this when you mourn, and remember you still have a life to live, and keep in mind happiness still lies ahead. Danny G.
Stepping Back From the Chaos (Poem)
In the quiet of the night,Â
Where everything is still,Â
And darkÂ
Behind the misty sky,
The world shuts down,Â
Stops,Â
And dreams,Â
Looks so realÂ
As we ponderÂ
The night-time visions
Of above,Â
Giving us glimpsesÂ
Of our daily thoughts
As we contemplate,Â
Breathe,
And Rejuvenate.
When we get up,Â
Like the quiet of the night,Â
This place of stillness,
Away from the chaosÂ
Of today,
No distractions,Â
Just being,Â
Without contradictions,Â
Steering us away,
From our divine purposeÂ
And unanswered prayers.Â
We find a place within,
Where all answers are within,Â
What was once hidden,
Is now within our reach,
As we contemplate, correlate,
And find our place,
In the chaotic world of today.
From this space of stillness,
What was once an annoyanceÂ
And disturbance,
Is now a figment,Â
Of our imagination,
Always was,Â
We just didn’t accept it
Until we stepped back,Â
And looked within,Â
The essential calling,Â
Of our soul.

Face Life the Real Way (Poem)
He came into this life,
With atrocities of every kind,
As all he wanted was a life
Free of troubleÂ
And heartache.
As he was looking for freedom,Â
And inner peace,
He was bound by beatings,Â
inferiorityÂ
And abuse.Â
He then reverted to alcohol,Â
All day and all night,
As he was looking for stillness,
And couldn’t find it at home.
He then sank into this pit,
Of self-destructionÂ
And maze,
He couldn’t get out,
So he drank and smoked potÂ
To relieve the pain.Â
Numbness was his stillness,Â
Until he developedÂ
Health problems, and this overwhelming sadness.
He was feeling empty, Â
All this time,Â
He was reverting to alcohol and drugs
To numb the pain.
Then one day,Â
A lady came into his life,
Loved him like no other ever did.
Taught him self-love,Â
How to appreciate the moment,
Finally he was happy and felt understood.
He never understood,Â
Why he was brought up this way,Â
But he knew this young ladyÂ
Was a gift from God, till this day.
He then said to himself,Â
No longer will I numb the pain,Â
From this dark cloud,
Of self-destruction and maze.
Despite the troubles,Â
I still see beauty in the world,
Despite its imperfections,
And I choose, to face life this way.
Just Being (Poem)
A hot cup of java,
On a cold wintery morning,
Sipping and staring at the bay.
Watching snowflakes,Â
Melt on the branches,Â
As it drips,
Into the shadowy stream.
Glancing at the sunrise,
While the birds whistleÂ
And sing, like a melody,Â
With hymns.
I feel the cool crisp air on my skin,
As I’m lost in the moment,Â
Without a care in the world,
Just being.
Overcoming and Thriving (Poem)
Without mountains to shake us deep,
We are merely sheep wandering in the field,Â
Merely existing but not living,Â
On flat ground as we wonder around.Â
No opportunities to strive for,
No burning desire to reach for,
No journey,Â
Merely existing, wandering around,
With no desire to strive for.
We condemn what unfolds the journey,
And condemn what creates triumph,
In this extravagant world
Of ups, downsÂ
Falls, and triumph.
Let’s not forgetÂ
That all,
Creates the journey
The destiny,
A new awarenessÂ
Of it all.
Searching From the Core (Poem)
We’re always searching for more, Â
Through the highs or lows,
We have a burning desire,Â
To feel moreÂ
Inside our soul.
Life is a seriesÂ
Of seasons,Â
To discover ourselves anew,
In a process of love, opposites and desire.
We all seek expansion,
To escape the boredom and latent,
In the upbeat, chaotic world of our nation.
Some sleep walk,Â
Others persistently march,Â
Towards their destiny,
And follow the mark.
Others follow the pact,Â
And end up with back packsÂ
Loaded with scrap.
As we contemplateÂ
It’s all a choice,
Which inevitably,
Leads us back home.
If we simply listen,
Past the distractionsÂ
Of the chaotic disarray,Â
We hear the voice within,Â
Calling us to greatness.

Love is a Compass (Poem)
Love is a compass,
A guided directionÂ
To bring us closerÂ
To our divine destiny.
Though we may not know it,
Every loved one brings us closer,Â
To our dreams,
And mission.
As we struggle to find the answer,
A loved one gives us insight,Â
To our divine calling andÂ
Unanswered questions.
Though we fight or argue,
Love always sustains,Â
Because we’re all human beingsÂ
Interconnected as a whole.
Though some come, some leave,
The true ones always leaves a print,
And one step closer
To our divine destiny.
One step closer,Â
To understand to each other
And ourselves as a whole.
True Love is Inevitable (Poem)
True love is inevitable,Â
Like a magnetÂ
That never ceases to attract.
Like a roller coaster ride,Â
That never ceases to die.
A true connection,
More than lust,
A reunion with a soul,
That we need for expansion as a whole.Â
A reunion that never ceases to exist,Â
As they imprint their name in our heart,
And help us fulfill our mission.
A reunion that’s unavoidable,Â
Because these two are meant to be,
Bound for connectionÂ
Ultimately, to complete our soul.
