If you try to force things into being, you’re going against the flow of the universe. The universe has a plan, and it’s for your well-being and prosperity. When you try to make things happen when they’re not in sync, you’re only creating resistance within yourself. You’re fighting the process. Allow your inner guidance and wisdom to surface. It often comes when you release resistance. Then allow inspiration to guide you, empower you, and lead you to action steps that will bring what you truly desire. When the desire is in alignment with your inner being, the manifestation is inevitable.

Spiritual well-being means processing challenges productively and responding rather than reacting. Becoming spiritually evolved means the challenges are still there, but they’re beneath you. They’re beneath you because of your self-awareness, higher consciousness, and wisdom. You conquered them in your mind; therefore, you can conquer them in life.

Think the greater picture rather than the short term. Short term goals are often about pleasing the body and mind right away. It doesn’t foresee the future. Long term sees the present and the future. Invest in your well being. Invest in your happiness. Invest in your prosperity and your future self will thank you for it. Danny G.

Instead of viewing your well being and personal growth as a sacrifice, see it as an investment. Quieting the mind, stillness, and persistence are pre paving the path before you. It’s recuperation and rejuvenation. It’s productivity and clarity. It’s faith and optimism over fear and pessimism. And it’s compassion over bitterness. Danny G. 

Your Inherent Right

Well being and prosperity is your inherent right. Declare you deserve it, you are worthy of it and it’s your divine right. Don’t see well being and prosperity as an external thing to acquire. It begins inwardly, then it’s projected outwardly through your persistence and faith. Danny G. 

Your Optimal Best

When you care for your body, you increase productivity, strength and endurance. Caring for your body means developing a healthy lifestyle. Keeping a healthy lifestyle means being conscientious about our diet, exercise and sleep. It means eliminating stress by quieting the mind, relaxation and meditation. 

Never taking a break leads to exhaustion and burnout over time. You’ll be doing yourself a favor when you care for your body. Overworking can lead to short term gain in the form of bonuses and financial gain, but over time it creates stress for your mind and body. It wears you out. It’s all about balance. 

Keep a time for relaxation or meditation. All it takes is a few minutes per day. Ten minutes to twenty minutes over the course of years has been proven to change your physiology and mental health. 

Meditation lowers pulse, so we can see this as a sort of beta blocker or antidepressant minus the side effects. Stress increases your pulse, and fast palpitations over time causes anxiety and in some cases heart issues. Meditation lowers blood pressure, and helps with insomnia issues. Meditation over time has been proven to lengthen telomeres which reverses your biological age and increases longevity. 

Many people say they cannot meditate because they cannot sit still, because anxiety surfaces when they do. What is the problem, meditation or their thoughts? A healthy body and mind increases productivity, reduces sick days and improves optimism. Doesn’t a healthy body and mind feel much better? 

Try having fast palpitations all day and have endurance. You can maintain it for a while but eventually it wears you out. Changing your inner dialogue is essential to greater health. Try being pessimistic and bitter the whole day and you’ll soon realize by the end of your day, you’re drained. Try optimism, faith, gratitude, appreciation and forgiveness, and it elevates your mood. Do it long enough and this will improve your productivity, strength and endurance. Over time it changes mental thought patterns. 

Mental health is one of the leading causes for disability. When you have a healthy mind, it’s easier to do those things that will create a healthy body for you. We’ve all heard the saying, a healthy mind has the potential to create a healthy body. Do yourself a favor and seek personal care, and you’ll find not only your mind will benefit from it, but your body as well. 

Be Productive and Proactive

What we focus on becomes our very existence. The more I focus on well being, faith and optimism, the more I give life to it. The more I focus on pessimism, fears and bitterness, the more I give life to it. Be productive and proactive with your mind, knowing your intentions and motives are stepping stones carving the path before you. Danny G.

Release resistance for your well being and prosperity. This practice only benefits you, and creates greater habits for success. Finding a sense of purpose in life is essential to your well being and happiness. When you feel you contribute to the world, inner satisfaction fills your heart and soul. We are meant to share what we have, and what we are. Find that purpose and passion that stirs within the depth of your being. Allow it to flourish for your evolution, and all those lives you touch.
