Thought for Today

Grief is completely normal. Don’t suppress it, for many people who suppress it end up self medicating or becoming ill. Feel the emotions of grief, let it out, replace it with joyful memories, but let it last for a season, not a lifetime. The grief may come back at times, but if you’re depressed and in despair for years, you let the season last too long. Your loved ones who passed on would say, it’s been too long, now get back up, you have a life to live and happiness lies ahead. Danny G.Â
