If you want permanent change and to stop reliving those negative cycles, you must get to the root cause. Find out what beliefs and expectations are not serving you and change your self talk. Change your self talk to believing and expecting a little more. Find out what’s stopping you. Changing little by little every day has the tendency to create great manifestations.
