Fear can be a motivator at times, but it can also be crippling. If you allow fear to be your primary motivation and everyday life, you get exhausted over time. Fear turns into anxiety, and prolonged untreated anxiety takes its toll on your mental and physical health. Don’t wait until fear prompts you to move forward.
