If you want to be well, do not hate the disease or symptoms, because you’re only adding resistance and additional stress to your body, mind, and spirit. If you want to be well, love yourself despite the disorder. Be the best version of yourself regardless of your symptoms. Speak to your body and ask it what it needs. Seek the root cause, surrender to the pain, and change your self-talk to one of optimism and faith. You’ll discover that seeking inward is the best medicine. Danny G.
